Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you contact us, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

Your name, email address, phone number and country; your message and any medical reports you upload; and, for patients under 18, a parent or guardian’s details.

Why we use it

  • Handling your enquiry (needed): a coordinator contacts you and plans your care.
  • Sharing with hospitals (only if you agree): we send your details and reports to the hospitals and doctors you are interested in.
  • News and offers (only if you agree): occasional emails about services and packages.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data while we are helping you and for a limited period afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to erase it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, erase it, withdraw your consent, nominate someone to act for you, or raise a grievance, using the form on this page. We confirm your email address first, then reply within the time the law requires.
