The first week

Most people walk the same evening and go home in a day or two. Avoid lifting heavy weights for a week.

Medicines

Take your blood thinners every day without a break; stopping early risks a clot in the stent.

Flying home

Short flights are usually safe after 3 days. Your cardiologist will confirm before you book.
